I have been officially bestowed with the 'best grown up ever' award by my god-daughter - beat that!
She's a little angel and I do spoil her a bit with little presents and days out, but when I gave her a new R4 card for her Nintendo DS she was so pleased, then completely ecstatic when she saw all the games I'd put on it for her!
Apparently she's been going around telling everyone what a great godfather she has, how sweet is that?!

She's my cousin's daughter, so like my second cousin I suppose, but we've always been really close so I'm definitely stepping up to the plate in the godfather role. I might take her on a day trip somewhere before it gets too cold, but I don't know where. I was thinking out of London, but there's loads to do in London I might just stay here!

When I moved into my new place the garden was an absolute tip, it was like a massive jungle.
Well, we went at it and managed to chop down the first half of the jungle and made the garden really nice with furniture and a barbecue. Now we want to make use of the other half, so it's time to take it on.
It's colder now so it'll be easier to kill the weeds, pull them out and get rid of them. I've sharpened the garden shears, the huge branches of the bigger weeds dulled the blades so much last time.

And I'm wrapping up wearing at least two layers of clothes I don't care about, last time the nasty sharp nettley weeds ripped a big slash in the leg of my trousers, and stung me all at the same time! I was not best pleased!
So Mr Garden, I'm coming for you!

Do you ever create a list in you head of what you would do or buy if you picked the winning lotto numbers? I do all the time!
I would buy a new car, a new house and luxury holiday (with first class airline seats!). I would pay off all my debts, help my family pay their debts and buy the houses. All the usual things I suppose.
But do you know what I would the most to do…..a big shopping spree! Just to walk around Topshop and H&M and not have a limit of money would be amazing! I wouldn’t bother with all the designer shops – those clothes are never nice! I would just buy everything from the high-street tops in every colour!
I would have to then buy myself a new cupboard to put them all in!

I watched in on a 3d tutorial my flatmate was doing and am convinced he must be a genius. It was so complex! There were so many levels and interfaces, it was riveting to watch him work and show me how he creates things. I've never really been interested before!
He's a freelance digital animator so he's signed up for extra tutorials to add to his skill set, which is making me think I should do the same. It's a while since I graduated and my knowledge and skills could probably do with a bit of an update and refresher!
But it's hard looking for courses unless you know exactly what you're looking for. When applying for university you at least have UCAS to help you find courses, but externally it's a bit more difficult. I guess I'll have to do my homework!

Digital cameras use a range of memory cards, including CompactFlash, xD Picture Card, SD Memory Card, miniSD and microSD to name but a few.
But the most popular by far is the SD card and its wide ranging family. SD, which stands for Secure Digital is a non-volatile memory card format that is used across more than 400 brands, in numerous product categories, and is considered the de-facto industry standard.
At present, all the leading digital camera manufacturers use SD cards in their products, including Canon, Nikon, Sony, Kodak and Olympus. Some professional camera models and SLRs continue to offer CompactFlash due to its typically better price/capacity ratio and quicker transfer rates, but many also include an SD option for extra or alternative memory.
The SDSC (Secure Digital Standard-Capacity) card family has an official maximum capacity of only 2GB, but many are available up to 4GB, and SDHC (High Capacity) cards have capacities ranging from 4GB to 32GB.
